WMS supports all installations of iChapter, whatever the version, and whether we installed it or not.
If WMS installed your chapter's version of iChapter, simply contact us, and we will take care of it for you, promptly.
- If your issue has to do with our installation, we will fix the issue immediately at no expense to you.
- If your issue has to do with the iChapter Network, we will immediately work with iChapter to address your issue at no expense to you.
- If your issue has to do with your hosting environment, we may need to charge a support fee if WMS is NOT hosting your chapter's website. If we are hosting your website, there will be no expense to you.
- If your issue is because your chapter's webmaster errored, well then we will need to charge a support fee to recover.

Our most comment comment on iChapter support issues is "WOW! That was quick!" No kidding. We typically respond to iChapter support requests within an hour when submitted between 9 AM and 7 PM M-F Pacific. We're also available for support 9 AM to 1 PM Pacific on Saturdays.
If your chapter hosts with us, we are available 24/7, 365 for urgent support issues.

I almost forgot to share my experience at the last PDM with you. I
was asked to talk about the new iChapter web site and answer
questions for the attendees. After giving a very brief overview of
the new web site we received a rousing round of applause. Everyone I
talked with was very positive about the new site and the added
functionality.
