Q: I have forgotten my password for "some service" -- OR -- I need to change my password for "some service."
- A: Simply log
into your Control Panel.
- To access your control panel,
go to:
http://admin.WMSmerchantServices.com
( or http://admin.MyDomain.com ) - Log in (if you have forgotten or lost your login details, click the link)
- Once logged in, scroll down and click on the Domains icon.
- Now click on the domain your need to edit.
- Once your have drilled into a
domain, you may start editing passwords:
- Click the icon for the service you'd like to edit passwords.
- To access your control panel,
go to:

Q: How do I log into my site statistics?
- A: Simply log
into your Control Panel.
- To access your control panel,
go to:
http://admin.WMSmerchantServices.com
( or http://admin.MyDomain.com ) - Log in (if you have forgotten or lost your login details, click the link)
- Once logged in, scroll down and click on the Domains icon.
- Now click on the domain your need to edit.
- Once your have drilled into a domain, scroll down an click on the Statistics icon.
- From this screen, under Advanced Statistics, click the "Click here to View Stats" link.
- NOTE: If you have forgotten your password -- or you have not yet established it -- simply click the Change Password button and change your password before clicking the "Click here to View Stats" link.
- NOTE: Once you have set
your password and clicked the link, your Site ID and User Name
will be pre-populated, and you will now know what your complete
login is. Once you note your Site ID, User Name and password,
you can access your site statistics directly by going to:
http://stats.WMSmerchantservices.com
or http://stats.MyDomain.com.
