Bugs
Web Merchant Services will correct any bugs found in our add-ons or mods free of charge.
Bugs are unexpected issues as per the design; bugs are not features one might have expected but were not built into the deign.
Issues
Despite the most rigorous testing, sometimes customers find unintended issues with a add-on or modification.
If we find that the issue is because of a bug in our logic, we'll take care of it.
However, if the issue is beyond what we programmed the add-on or modification to do, then support costs may be required.

ProductCart is an excellent shopping cart application out of the box, but even its amazing feature list doesn't go far enough for some merchants.
WMS has now begun creating add-ons for ProductCart based on the needs expressed by our merchants and those that expressed their needs on Early Impact's forum.
WMS both designs and customizes ProductCart stores. Some stores we simply develop and customize, while others we do top to bottom including all of the design work.
