English Horizons has been a customer of Web Merchant Services since early 2005. WMS has hosted our web site, provided web architecture services and maintenance for our online school for learning English, and SEO services. We are extremely pleased with the excellent service we have received and continue to receive from WMS. On several occasions, WMS staff have gone way beyond the call of duty – during off-duty hours - to work with our software providers to integrate their applications with ours on the WMS servers. On several occasions, they have made it possible for providers to access WMS servers to troubleshoot problems. WMS’s SEO services greatly enhanced page rankings for the English Horizons site in a short period of time. Perhaps online services “ain’t rocket science” (although don’t be too sure); however, I would still recommend that  anyone wanting top drawer, consistently reliable online services, look to WMS.

When I first started BarParts.com in 1998 I used a shopping cart called Storefront 5. It was OK for its time, but had some problems - actually a lot of problems.

Things would quit working. I couldn't get it to look the way I wanted, and it just wasn't reliable.

By chance, I heard about Sean Connors of Web Merchant Services in 2001, who I was told could help me with the cart. That turned out to be the understatement of the year! I switched my hosting to WMS as well and the moment I did, running an eCommerce site got a whole lot easier.

Over the years, Sean has developed special modules and scripts for me that enhanced my website. But the most important development occurred this year when I switched to Able Commerce 7 shopping cart. My old shopping cart , Storefront 5, was woefully outdated and I needed a change. I didn't know, nor understand asp.net but Sean does. With Sean's help, I now have a website powered by AbleCommerce 7 that is functional, reliable and fast.

The Fox Valley APICS Chapter started using Web Merchant Services to host our iChapter web site in May, 2008. We began conversion of our old web web site at that time. As is typical in any conversion, we had plenty of questions for the support people (namely, Sean).

When we e-mailed questions to Sean, we always received replies the same day. If the technical issue was too complex to handle via an e-mail, Sean called one of us the same day.
